Conditions of Subscription;

1. Further on Contends, Products and Services subject to any fee or free of charge will be called as System, the party presents the system in use will be called as AHPC, the party using the System will be called as User.
2. AHPC presents the System in order to be used “as it is”. Users accept possible risks unconditionally.
3. AHPC is not responsible for any possible data loss or damage or business and material loss or social damage that may occur at User’s computer.
4. The data that Users will capture cannot be copied or republished for commercial purposes. Sharings for social, educational and restricted limits are exempt from this prohibition.
5. AHPC will not share User data with third parties. The data may only be given to officials if required.
6. Users are responsible with tracking, investigating and confirming the completness and correctness of the data of Archive.
7. AHPC is the party to be contacted for questions, demands, offers and complaints about data of Archive.
8. AHPC is exempt from responsibilities of possible failures of Internet.
9. User is responsible with protecting his/her user name and password.
10. User may terminate subscription any time.
11. AHPC can suspend or close down System partially or completely without giving any prior notice.
12. AHPC will open a download link for the user for purchased item. The download links will be placed at "My Files" section of the user and the links will be accessable for five (5) days.
13. AHPC may change, cancel or add new terms to the Terms of use without any prior notice.
14. User is responsibe with following the conditions of subscription.

How to make a complaint ;

Our response ;
We respond to all complaints. If you send your complaint by email, we aim to send an initial acknowledgement of receipt of a complaint within 3 working days and a full response to complaints within 10 working days of receipt. If we cannot respond fully within 10 working days, we will keep you informed on the progress of our investigation.
